Thanksgiving

Well "Turkey" day is just around the corner so what I want to try and do starting Friday 19, 2010 is talk about a dish each day that we normally eat on Thanksgiving Day. I will do this right up and till the actual day of Thanksgiving. If you have a dish that you would like me to focus on.....please let me know and I will find information out for you like for example what is the best way to prepare the dish. Once again this is Chef Lady "B".
